- Measure water level height and record refill if needed
Tire & Suspension
- Check tread depth and sidewall condition (record in mm)
- Inspect casters and bearing roll smoothness
- Torque test wheel nuts and recheck in 24 hours
Controls & Ergonomics
- Cycle all control levers for resistance and noise
- Check pedal height vs. OEM spec and spring return time
- Inspect seat mount bolts and track adjust motion
SAS System & Diagnostics
- Test tilt lock restriction when triggered
- Download fault history and clear acknowledged items
- Verify SAS alert lamp and override disablement
Operator Feedback
- Report lag in hydraulic or travel response
- Submit seat comfort issues or ergonomic faults
- Note new cabin noises or handling irregularities
