- Check fluid levels, color, and contamination signs
- Test brake response and park brake holding capability
- Inspect hydraulic hoses, fittings, and lift cylinders
- Record brake pad wear and service date
Safety & Operator Controls
- Inspect horn, lights, alarms, and load capacity placard
- Test seat belt, overhead guard, and emergency stop
- Verify tilt, lift, and travel functions for responsiveness
- Confirm OSHA 1910.178 compliance on all controls
Documentation & Recordkeeping
- Complete monthly checklist and upload to Oxmaint
- Update digital logbook with findings
- Attach images of wear/issue areas if required
- Report unresolved faults to maintenance supervisor
